Novatium in India

Novatium Solutions, an IT products company which builds an affordable and simple computing platform to provide comprehensive computing solutions, announced the launch of a service, which would change the face of home computing. Addressing press persons here on Thursday, K.Rajeshwari, VP (marketing and branding), said the service was offered through an access device 'Nova Navigator'. It is a multi digital desktop, providing the user with a complete computing experience for the home and has the capability to replace all the digital equipment. According to Vinod Kumar Gopinath, chief Technology Officer, the device, priced Rs. 5,999, could be plugged into any broadband connection. The company hopes to set 75,000 units in the first year. With a centralized server, the Navigator offers flexible packages and customers get optimum bandwidth with an option to increase it if they want more storage space.

Obama's New Website

Barack Obama has launched his official website, which invites users to share their ideas with President-elect. Asking citizens to share their vision for America, Mr.Obama's official website- www.change.gov -went online enabling visitors to post, search and share details related to his remarkable journey to the Oval Office. It states the Obama-Biden combine's plan of "increasing the number of legal immigrants to keep families together and meet the demand for jobs that employers cannot fill".

Paris Hilton isn't burning

Recently, Paris Hilton's bony frame had people commenting that she was not well and whether her reality show, "My BFF" was causing health disorders. But Paris says that she is in the best shape of her life and her fans need not to worry about these reports. In an interview to In Touch magazine she says, " I am healthier than ever. I've been eating so healthily since I've been here (in London). No sodas and so fast food like I usually do in LA."

End of Daniel Craig

Bond star Daniel Craig might have ended up going to a university fulfilling his mum's dreams had he not decided to pursue theater. The 40-year-old, who quit his A-levels aged 16 to attend a drama school, had been discourages by his mum, Carol, who told the Brit that 'qualifications on bits of paper' would not make him an actor. The 61-year-old Carol revealed that she respected and believed in her son's capabilities, yet she couldn't stop herself from worrying when he announced his acceptance into the National Youth Theatre.
